Our in-house writers have had a great time over the past few weeks creating music and sound design for the epic WRU 'Shards' animation from Mainframe. The 60 second film has played to packed crowds on the newly installed giant screens and sound system at the Millennium Stadium at the start of each Autumn Series match currently running. It's accompanied by a full broadcast package with our sound design punctuating all the key moments and live match edits.
The original brief was to make sure the audio literally 'shifted the audience in their seats'! We needed to create something disturbing, emotional and dramatic that reflected the violence of rugby, and we hope you agree that our music and sound design goes some way to achieving that.
